It has been nearly 18 months since the team tasted defeat in an astonishing record.

On June 6th the Team will play in the NY STATE CUP Final against Middle Country Raiders, LI, NY.

The Ramapo Valley u18 boys team (Spadaro) is one of the best teams in the region, with an excellent track record over the last 4 years in particular. GB coached and trained, these boys have been all over the world playing their soccer, learning the game and building their soccer resumes. The boys team average GPA is a staggering 3.3, thats counting all 21 players.

Home Country tournaments include, Memphis, TN, USA Cup, MN, Jacksonville, FL, Naples , FL to name but a few.

The team is complied with players from Eastern New York and Northern New Jersey and from High Schools including Suffern, Don Bosco, Ramsey, Warwick, Newburgh, Nanuet and Monroe Woodbury.

The Boys have played in three top college showacses already in the last three months and have had their players put on the radar of many top colleges through out the America. The four seniors in the team have all but singed on the dotted line for the start of the 2009 college season.

The u18 Spadaro boys also ran out at Walkill and looked very good in the process, new signing Demicheck and Stevens fitting straight into the team shape. Day one the team won 1-0 v Washingtonville and followed that up with a fine 2-0 win over Stoneybrook.Day two saw the Spadaro boys lose a bad one to JPS Palambo but they rebounded strong to defeat PA Classics 2-0 to end a fine start from the team.

Rvsc plays in the Mid Atlantic Premier League and train at Torne Valley Stadium, in Hillburn, NY.

The next big events for Ramapo, are the NY State cup, the Boston College showcase in May followed by the US Club Championships at Lagrangeville NY. The boys end their year in Albany at the Mad Dog College showcase in June.

Ramapo Valley 1992's Spadaro team compete well in Bethesda 2007.

Next up for the u16s was the Rider cup in New Jersey. Again the boys fell short this time in the semi final. After dominating their group games with a fine 4-1 win over the Red Bulls, a 5-1 win over the Cosmos NJ, and a comfortable 2-0 win over Nj based Three Lions.  The semi final was interrupted by Thunder and lightening and then the game was called early due to an injury to the opposing team central defender. Leaving the Rvsc boys regretting a host of missed chances and on the wrong end of a 1-0 defeat.

Ramapo Valley u16 boys followed their North Eastern College showcase win with an excellent outing at the Top ranked Bethesda College showcase in Maryland. The team just conceding one goal the whole week end, a heart breaking 1-0 loss. The team now boasts a three wins, two ties and only one loss record with a total of nine scored and only one against.
